WThis is a home-style version of a beverage from our latest menu. This is a party-sized pre-mixed that's packed with the tastes of the festive period, rendering it ideal for a holiday party. Save the extra citrus syrup to use in morning drinks, puddings, or to make additional servings of the drink.
Bikini Recipe
Serves 10 guests
For the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Cocktail (yields 850ml, serving 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml citrus syrup (from the recipe above)
A few cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Instructions
For the Cordial: Combine every ingredients in a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. After that, turn off the stove allowing it to cool down fully. Transfer into an sealable bottle, seal keeping it chilled, where it will keep for up to one month.
For the Premix: Pour every spirits and syrup in a sizeable container, leave to sit for an hour, then strain best through a fine cloth, so it's completely strained.
For serving: Pour 85ml of the cocktail base into your stirring glass filled with ice, and stir carefully for one minute until cold. Strain to a frosted cocktail glass or similar, top with the cranberries and complete it with a brief mist of mandarin oil over the drink.
